Admission

• 1. The students fill up form very neat & clean very clear words.
• 2. Information should be complete and in clear words.
• 3. Admissions forms invite with in disclose date with required documents.
• 4. For the counseling students appear with all the original documents and on fix time and date.
• 5. It is important for all the Girls to read case fully the prospectus and sake receipts till complete the academic session.
• 6. To complete fill up the admission form before present themselves in fronts of admission committee.

Important Enclosure required along with admission form.

• 1. High School certificate photocopy of mark sheet of High School.
• 2. Intermediate certificate photocopy of mark sheet of Intermediate.
• 3. Transfer certificate original copy.
• 4. Character certificate original copy.
• 5. S.C./S.T. or O.B.C. caste and income certificate original copy.
• 6. Four passport size photo of the candidate.
• 7. Two postcards or inland with address also write down phone number for correspondence.

Rules for fee deposit

• 1. In absence of incomplete enclosure admission committee could may recommended & allowed to brings documents with in short duration after that period in absence of documents admission treated to the canceled.
• 2. Admission shall be permitted only number of seats sanctioned by C.S.J.M. University of Kanpur.
• 3. Failed or incomplete results of students does not allowed for admission.
• 4. The C.S.J.M. University decided against the use for unfair means punishment will be followed.
• 5. Duration of temporary admission is 10 days only. After that treat canceled.
• 6. The students may be rusticate if she does not follow rule & regulation of the College and misbehave with college staff members.
• 7. If students have committed crime, not allowed for admission in any condition.
• 8. The principal have power to rusticate to the students without declose the reason.
• 9. Deposit fee does not return in any condition.
• 10. If Government or C.S.J.M. University declase to the fee revised in any conditions, will be compulsory to deposit in college.
• 11. If student’s damage building or equipments will be compensate by the financial punishment.
• 12. Admission Fee fixed by U.G.C., Tuition Fee and other will be paid in the office.
